HOW TO TEST YOURSELF
Hands under shoulders. Chest to consistent depth. Count only clean reps. Stop the clock when form breaks.
Work up in sets of 3. Stable scaps, controlled touch. Record the heaviest load you complete with clean form.
Pick a load you can move with good posture for 2 minutes. Record total distance covered and load used.
Stop any test if pain exceeds 4/10. Log it as modified.
