Work up in sets of 3. Stable scaps, controlled touch. Record the heaviest load you complete with clean form.

Farmer Carry · 2 Min

Pick a load you can move with good posture for 2 minutes. Record total distance covered and load used.

Stop any test if pain exceeds 4/10. Log it as modified.
